In my works I’m trying to clash/mix two worlds -  the traditional art world with the world of modern digital technologies.

Nowadays  in Russia we can observe the strong religious sentiment. But like any social institution, the church can not deny the current benefits of civilization, such as the computer and the Internet: Orthodox portals, the official page of the clergy in social networks and even huge plasma, broadcasting the speech of the patriarch at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. But like any machine, it can be failed ... and then the classic Russian iconography gets new shapes and meanings under the influence of a digital error called »glitch» and will reveal a new kind of traditional icons to the world.
